Cool multivitamins. They are very high quality men's multivitamins. My husband, 44 years old and regularly under great physical and emotional stress from work and sports, began to lack energy. His vitality decreased, and he experienced greying hair and beard loss. After taking one capsule twice daily for three months, I noticed effectiveness within a week. Everything has been restored, and I’m pleased. The vitamins have a smell, but it’s manageable. Their size is about 2 centimetres, which takes some getting used to.
